Travis Grundke grew up on the property of a summer camp in Cleveland, Ohio. His childhood pets ranged from an owl and a pair of oxen, to several horses and a Rhesus monkey. These days, he sticks to retrievers; a black lab and a golden. Travis began his career at Ashton Technology Solutions in 2002 as a field technician, before moving up the ranks to Service Manager and on to his current role as Operations Manager. Over the years, he’s learned that while businesses may differ, the challenges they face are quite similar. What everyone wants is to have the problem solved, not spend endless hours “fixing it”. His greatest accomplishment at Ashton has been developing a hiring plan to ensure that we have the right people in the right seats.
